My water heater broke and I’m a new home buyer. Never dealt with this before and was desperate the other day when I had no hot water and water in my basement. Called about 8 other plumbers on the day after the 4th of July and no answer! Jason picked up the call and graciously got me into the schedule because I was a freaking lunatic and needed someone. Very professional, kind, reasonable and so helpful! He helped me and my family out when we needed it. My house was was leaking water even though everything was supposed to be off and I had no clue where the problem was originating. Zack came the same day I called, after normal business hours, and took care of finding the problem and fixing it super fast. His price was very reasonable and I’m glad I went with him. It’s good to feel taken care of and not wondering if I paid for something I didn’t need.
